Bōkan – elevating hospitality to new heights

Bōkan - elevating hospitality to new heights

Mystery's London office recently finished Bōkan London, a sky-high restaurant, bar and roof terrace in Canary Wharf that's destined to elevate drinking and dining experience in London to new heights!

Occupying the top three floors of Novotel’s 39-storey flagship Canary Wharf skyscraper, Bōkan, which means beacon in Anglo-Saxon, has been conceived to be the go-to destination in London for artisanal food and drink.

Designed for both Novotel's guests, London residents, visitors and tourists alike, the restaurant and bars will provide gastronomic explorers European-inspired drinks and dishes to a passionately gourmand clientele.

Mystery led the project from conception to launch, providing everything  everything from strategy, naming, brand identity and interior design to menu development and staff uniforms.   The interior’s ‘dockland chic’ concept has been directly inspired by London’s historic Docklands, where industrial edge materials meet luxury comfort.

The intimate 65-cover restaurant and 38th-floor bar champions European and British inspired dishes, locally distilled spirits, intriguing cocktails, craft beers and a carefully considered wine list.
